- The Stone of Stumbling -

If you do not believe in Him (Yahusha) you will stumble over Him!

If you do not believe that He is Yahuah Elohim in the flesh, the Bone of Heaven, His flesh and DNA not from the dust like Adam, then you will STUMBLE in Him and He will cause you to reject Him because you already reject WHO HE IS!

Rom 9:30 What shall we say then? That gentiles not following after righteousness, have obtained righteousness, even the righteousness of belief,

Rom 9:31 but Yisra’ĕl following after the Torah of righteousness, has not arrived at the Torah of righteousness.

Rom 9:32 Why? Because it was not of belief, but as by works of Torah. For they stumbled at the Stone of stumbling. *Isaiah 8:14

Rom 9:33 As it has been written, “See, I lay in Tsiyon a Stone of stumbling and a Rock that makes for falling, and everyone who is believing on Him shall not be put to shame.”

Isaiah 8:14, Isaiah 28:16

Isa_8:14 “And He shall be for a set-apart place, but a stone of stumbling and a rock that makes for falling to both the houses of Yisra’ěl, as a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Yerushalayim.

A Cornerstone in Zion

Isa 28:14 Therefore hear the Word of יהוה, you men of scorn, who rule this people who are in Yerushalayim,

Isa 28:15 because you have said, “We have made a covenant with death, and with She’ol we have effected a vision. When the overflowing scourge passes through, it does not come to us, for we have made lying our refuge, and under falsehood we have hidden ourselves.”

Isa 28:16 Therefore thus said the Master יהוה, “See, I am laying in Tsiyon a stone for a foundation, a tried stone, a precious corner-stone, a settled foundation. He who trusts shall not hasten away.

Mat 21:42 יהושע said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner-stone. This was from יהוה, and it is marvellous in our eyes’? Psa_118:22-23.

Mat 21:43 “Because of this I say to you: the reign of Elohim shall be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits of it.

Mat 21:44 “And he who falls on this stone shall be broken,a but on whomever it falls, he shall be pulverised.” Footnote: a Rom_8:10 and Rom_8:13, Col_3:5.

Psa 118:22 The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief corner-stone.b Footnote: bSee also Act_4:11.

Psa 118:23 This was from יהוה, It is marvellous in our eyes.

Rom 8:10 And if Messiah is in you, the body is truly dead on account of sin, but the Spirit is life on account of righteousness.

Rom 8:11 And if the Spirit of Him who raised יהושע from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Messiah from the dead shall also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit dwelling in you.

Heirs with Christ

Rom 8:12 So then, brothers, we are not debtors to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.

Rom 8:13 For if you live according to the flesh, you are going to die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live.

Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of Elohim, these are sons of Elohim.

Rom 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”

Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of Elohim,

Rom 8:17 and if children, also heirs – truly heirs of Elohim, and co-heirs with Messiah, if indeed we suffer with Him, in order that we also be exalted together.

Col 3:5 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: whoring, uncleanness, passion, evil desire and greed of gain, which is idolatry.

1Pe 2:4 Drawing near to Him, a living Stone – rejected indeed by men, but chosen by Elohim and precious –

1Pe 2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up, a spiritual house, a set-apart priesthood, to offer up spiritual slaughter offerings acceptable to Elohim through יהושע Messiah.

1Pe 2:6 Because it is contained in the Scripture, “See, I lay in Tsiyon a chief corner-stone, chosen, precious, and he who believes on Him shall by no means be put to shame.” Isa_28:16.

1Pe 2:7 This preciousness, then, is for you who believe; but to those who are disobedient, “The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner-stone,” Psa_118:22.

Joh 3:36 “He who believes in the Son possesses everlasting life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him.”

Heb 3:7 Therefore, as the Set-apart Spirit says, “Today, if you hear His voice,

Heb 3:8 do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of trial in the wilderness,

Heb 3:9 where your fathers tried Me, proved Me, and saw My works forty years.

Heb 3:10 “Therefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, ‘They always go astray in their heart, and they have not known My ways.’

Heb 3:11 “As I swore in My wrath, ‘If they shall enter into My rest...’ ” Psa_95:7-11.

Heb 3:12 Look out, brothers, lest there be in any of you a wicked heart of unbelief in falling away from the living Elohim,

Heb 3:13 but encourage one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened by the deceivableness of sin.

Heb 3:14 For we have become partakers of Messiah if we hold fast the beginning of our trust firm to the end,

Heb 3:15 while it is said, “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” Psa_95:7-8.

Heb 3:16 For who, having heard, rebelled? Was it not all who came out of Mitsrayim, led by Mosheh?

Heb 3:17 And with whom was He grieved forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness?

Heb 3:18 And to whom did He swear that they would not enter into His rest, but to those who did not obey?

Heb 3:19 So we see that they were unable to enter in because of unbelief.

Mat 11:6 “And blessed is he who does not stumble in Me.”

Mat 11:6 And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me."

Build Your House on the Rock

Mat 7:24 "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:

Mat 7:25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.

Mat 7:26 "But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:

Mat 7:27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall."
