The Judgment of Babylon
Isa 13:1 The burden against Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.
Isa 13:2 "Lift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles.
Isa 13:3 I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger—Those who rejoice in My exaltation."
Isa 13:4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, Like that of many people! A tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together! ->Yahuah of hosts musters The army for battle.<-

Isa 13:5 They come from a far country, From the end of heaven— ->Yahuah and His weapons of indignation, To destroy the whole land. <- Jer 50:9, 50:24-31, Jer 51:8
Isa 13:6 Wail, for the day of Yahuah, is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty.
Isa 13:7 Therefore all hands will be limp, Every man's heart will melt,
Isa 13:8 And they will be afraid. Pangs and sorrows will take hold of them; They will be in pain as a woman in childbirth; They will be amazed at one another; Their faces will be like flames. *1 Thess 5:3,
Isa 13:9 Behold, the day of Yahuah comes, Cruel, with both wrath and fierce anger, To lay the land desolate; ->And He will destroy its sinners from it.<- Notice the righteous are not destroyed.
Isa 13:10 For the stars of heaven and their constellations Will not give their light; The sun will be darkened in its going forth, And the moon will not cause its light to shine.
Isa 13:11 "I will punish the world for its evil, And the wicked for their iniquity; I will halt the arrogance of the proud, And will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
Isa 13:12 I will make a mortal more rare than fine gold, A man more than the golden wedge of Ophir.
Isa 13:13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, And the earth will move out of her place, In the wrath of the LORD of hosts And in the day of His fierce anger. *Haggai 2, Hebrews 12:26-27, Isa 24:19-20
Isa 13:14 It shall be as the hunted gazelle, And as a sheep that no man takes up; Every man will turn to his own people, And everyone will flee to his own land.
Isa 13:15 Everyone who is found will be thrust through, And everyone who is captured will fall by the sword.
Isa 13:16 Their children also will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; Their houses will be plundered And their wives ravished.
Isa 13:17 "Behold, ->I will stir up the Medes against them,<- Who will not regard silver; And as for gold, they will not delight in it. *This is Iran*
Isa 13:18 Also their bows will dash the young men to pieces, And they will have no pity on the fruit of the womb; Their eye will not spare children.
Isa 13:19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, The beauty of the Chaldeans' pride, ->Will be as when Elohim overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. <-
Isa 13:20 It will never be inhabited, Nor will it be settled from generation to generation; Nor will the Arabian pitch tents there, Nor will the shepherds make their sheepfolds there.
Isa 13:21 But wild beasts of the desert will lie there, And their houses will be full of owls; Ostriches will dwell there, And wild goats will caper there. *Rev 18:2
Isa 13:22 The hyenas will howl* in their citadels, And jackals in their pleasant palaces. Her time is near to come, And her days will not be prolonged." Jeremiah 51:8*
Jer 50:24 “I have laid a snare for you, and you were captured, O Baḇel, and you yourself did not know! You have been found and also caught, because you strove against יהוה.”
Jer 50:25 יהוה has opened His armory, and has brought out the weapons of His displeasure, for the Master Elohim of hosts has a work to do in the land of the Chaldeans.
Rev 18:5 “Because her sins have piled up to reach the heaven, and Elohim has remembered her unrighteousnesses.
Rev 18:6 “Render to her as she indeed did render, and repay her double according to her works. In the cup which she has mixed, mix for her double.
Rev 18:7 “As much as she esteemed herself and lived riotously, so much torture and grief give to her, because in her heart she says, ->‘I sit as sovereigness, and I am not a widow, and I do not see mourning at all.’<-
Isa 47:7 “And you said, ‘I am mistress forever,’ so that you did not take these matters to heart, and did not remember the latter end of them.
Isa 47:8 “And now, hear this, you who are given to pleasures, who dwells complacently, who says in your heart, ‘I am, and there is none but me. I do not sit as a widow, nor do I know the loss of children.’
Rev 18:8 “Because of this her plagues shall come in one day: death and mourning and scarcity of food. And she shall be burned up with fire, because יהוה Elohim who judges her is mighty.
Rev 18:9 “And the sovereigns of the earth who committed whoring and lived riotously with her shall weep and mourn over her, when they see the smoke of her burning,
Rev 18:10 standing at a distance for fear of her torture, saying, ‘Woe! Woe, the great city Baḇel, the mighty city, because your judgment has come in one hour!’
Rev 18:11 “And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn over her, because no one buys their merchandise any more –
